摘要
在考虑强处置和规模报酬可变假设下的模型基础上,构造超效率径向运营和联合效率模型,解决了传统DEA能源效率评价模型不能对有效决策单元进一步排序问题.不同假设下的模型,为决策者提供了更多的选择.使用该超效率模型,对我国30个省市2011-2015年的能源利用效率情况进行了研究,并对生成的绩效值进行了分析,研究发现能源效率在不同地区表现出较大的差异性.
        Based on the considered models under the assumptions of strong disposability and variable returns to scale, the super-efficiency radial operation and unify efficiency models are constructed, which solves the problem that the traditional DEA energy efficiency evaluation model can not further rank the efficiency DMUs(decision-making units). Moreover, the models under different assumptions provide decision makers with more choices. Using the super-efficiency models, the energy utilization efficiency of China's 30 provinces and cities from the year of 2011 to 2015 is studied and the generated performance values are also analyzed. It turns out that the energy efficiency shows a great difference in different regions.
