摘要
目的了解济宁市第一人民医院腹泻患者沙门菌感染状况和菌株耐药性,为预防和控制沙门菌院内感染提供依据。方法采集2014—2018年住院腹泻患者的生物样本,接种于血平板和肠道菌选择培养基,对可疑菌落使用VITEK 2全自动微生物分析系统进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验。统计分析沙门菌培养阳性的样本种类和药敏感试验结果。结果共检出沙门菌104株,主要分离自粪便、血液等样本;分离到的沙门菌对氨苄西林、氨苄西林舒巴坦的耐药率分别为76.92%和66.35%。结论沙门菌在住院腹泻患者生物样本中检出率较高,对不同抗生素耐药性不同。
        Objective In order to understand the distribution and drug resistance of Salmonella in hospitalized diarrhea patients,and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of Salmonella infection in hospital. Methods The biological samples of hospitalized diarrhea patients in 2014-2018 were collected and incubated on blood plates and SS selective medium,and the suspicious target colonies were identified and rug susceptibility tested by using VITEK 2 automatic microbial analysis system. The samples distribution and drug-resistance of Salmonella positive had been analyzed. Results A total of 104 Salmonella strains were detected,which mainly identified from stools and blood samples. The resistance rate of Salmonella strain to ampicillin and ampicillin sulbactam was 76.92% and 66.35%,respectively. Conclusion The detection rate of Salmonella in hospitalized diarrhea patients was higher,the strains showed drug-resistance to different antibiotics.
