摘要
危险化学品的显著特征就是具有较高的危险性。危险化学品发生安全事故,除了和其本身性质的有关,也和外部环境有很大关系。只有对其本身性质有充分了解与掌握,对外部条件予以合理设置,才能防止发生事故,保障安全、防控事故的一项根本方法就是将安全管控与应急救援的各项基础工作做好。结合自己多年工作经验,提出了如何加强危险化学品安全管控与应急救援。
        Hazardous chemicals are characterized by high risk,and the constant theme is safety.Every hazardous chemical safety accident is not only affected by its essential characteristics,but also closely related to the external environment.Its incidental and inevitable coexist.Only if we have a full understanding and mastery of its essential characteristics,and set reasonable external conditions to prevent it from being kept in a safe state,it should be noted that one of the fundamental ways to ensure safety and prevent and control disasters is to make preparations for safety control and emergency rescue.In view of this,the author of this study put forward how to strengthen the safety control and emergency rescue of hazardous chemicals based on his years of work experience,for reference only.
