综采工作面快速跳切眼技术应用研究

摘要
本文通过采取平行作业、支架整体回收、计算新切眼支架所需量等措施,合理地对跳切眼期间的通风系统进行设计,并对停产期间瓦斯涌出量进行监测,针对涌出量大的区域采取设置封堵墙、挂风帘等瓦斯治理措施,通过对跳切眼工艺进行优化,戊9-10-22200综采工作面的回采比普通过断层方法最终缩短工期8个月。
        In this paper, the ventilation system during jump cut-off period is reasonably designed and the gas emission quantity during shutdown period is monitored by adopting measures such as parallel operation, overall recovery of support and calculation of the required amount of the new open-off cut support. The gas control measures such as setting up a wall and hanging a curtain are adopted in the area with a large amount of gas gushing. By optimizing the jump cutoff technology, the mining period of Wu9-10-22200 fully-mechanized mining face is shortened by 8 months than that of the fault-crossing method.
