摘要
肌腱损伤是运动医学常见疾病。受损的肌腱只能瘢痕修复,无法重建力学结构,再断裂发生率高。富血小板血浆(PRP)富含多种生长因子和细胞因子,能促进新生血管生成,提供受损组织细胞再生所需的血供和营养,并促进受损组织吸收新细胞和碎片。已有大量基础研究显示,PRP可以促进肌腱细胞的迁移、增殖、分化和分泌胞外基质,但PRP治疗肌腱病的临床研究结果仍争议较大。该文对PRP治疗肌腱病的基础及临床研究进展作一综述。
