摘要

新时代赋予了高校"三全育人"新的时代特征,"三全育人"紧扣了高校立德树人的根本使命,指明了提高人才培养能力的核心主题,突出了创新人才培养模式的中心任务。高校要遵循学生成长规律,努力实现全员育人;围绕教书育人规律,实现全过程育人;依据思想政治工作规律,实现全方位育人。
        The new era has given colleges and universities a new feature of the "three-aspected education". The "three-aspected education" is closely related to the fundamental mission of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities,points out the core theme of improving the ability of talent training, and highlights the central task of innovating the training mode of talents. Colleges and universities should follow the law of students' growth and strive to achieve full staff education; around the law of teaching and educating people to achieve the whole process of education; according to the law of ideological and political work to achieve all-round work mechanism of educating people.
