摘要

随着我国经济产业结构升级,社会对应用型人才的需求日益迫切。高等教育发展进程中,地方高校的转型发展迫在眉睫。青年教师队伍是地方高校转型发展的主要参与者,他们能否适应并融入高校转型发展,事关地方高校长远发展。青年教师应主动转变观念,做好职业规划,努力提升实践能力,以适应地方高校的转型发展。
        With the upgrading of China's economic and industrial structure, the demand of society for applied talents is more and more urgent. In the development of higher education, the transformation and development of local universities is extremely urgent.Young teachers are the main participants in the transformation and development of local universities, whether they can adapt to and integrate into the transformation and development of universities, it concerns the long-term development of local universities. Young teachers should take the initiative to change their ideas, plan the career, improve your practical skills, to adapt to the transformation and development of local universities.
