摘要

文章介绍了包钢调质生产的BT150P钢级射孔枪管,通过钢种设计、热处理工艺试验和实际生产总结了高钢级射孔枪管的开发情况和效果。结果表明,通过合适的热处理工艺后射孔枪管达到了150 KSI强度级别,具备高强高韧的性能。
        In this paper,it is introduced the BT150 P perforating gun pipe produced with hardening and tempering by Baotou Steel as well as summarized the situation and effects of developing it through designing steel grade,technological test of heat treatment and actual production. The results showed that the perforating gun pipe reached 150 KSI strength level and was with high strength and ductility by the proper heat treatment.
