摘要
工匠精神是一种提倡爱岗敬业,追求专注,精益求精的精神态度和理念。"中国制造2025"战略计划的提出,经济社会面临转型,工匠精神重新回归,成为高校艺术类人才深入发展的需要。从工匠精神的内涵实质出发,将工匠精神的精神文化融入高校教学理论及教学实践中,通过高校合理配置教育资源,校企合作,加强社会契合,培养具有工匠精神的高校艺术类人才。丰富了高校艺术类人才培养教育理论,同时对高校教学实践的发展提出新要求。培养具有工匠精神的艺术类人才对学生自身、社会及国家具有深远的实践价值和意义。
Craftsman spirit is a kind of spiritual attitude and idea that advocates loving and dedicating to work,pursuing concentration and striving for excellence.The proposal of "Made in China 2025" strategic plan,facing the transformation of economy and society,and the return of craftsmanship spirit,has become the need for the in-depth development of art talents in Colleges and universities. Starting from the essence of craftsman spirit,the spirit culture of craftsman spirit is integrated into the teaching theory and practice of colleges and universities. Through rational allocation of educational resources,school-enterprise cooperation,social fit is strengthened and artistic talents with craftsman spirit are trained in Colleges and universities.It enriches the educational theory of art talents training in Colleges and universities,and puts forward new requirements for the development of teaching practice in Colleges and universities.Training artistic talents with craftsmanship spirit has far-reaching practical value and significance for students themselves,society and the country.
