“法律+英语”复合型人才培养模式探析

摘要
针对目前国内高校法学专业输出的涉外法律从业人才从数量上和质量上都无法满足市场需求的问题,通过分析涉外法律从业人员实务能力现状,提出在世界经济进一步全球化和中国"一带一路"倡议的大背景下,应当从培养目标,教学模式,课程结构等多个方面对现有的培养模式进行调整和升级,为社会输出合格的"法律+英语"复合型人才。
Base on the background of further globalization of the world economy and ‘One Belt And One Road' initiative in China,the importance of "Law + English" inter-disciplinary talents has become more prominent. However,limited by the training mode,the quantity and quality of foreign-related legal professionals graduated from law schools of universities and colleges in China cannot meet the market demand. The existing training mode should be adjusted and upgraded from several aspects, such as the training objective,teaching method and course structure, and qualified "Law + English" interdisciplinary talents should be exported to the society.
