摘要

高校教学发展中心职责与高校后勤人力资源管理"三服务两育人"的理念是相吻合的,可以在高校后勤人力资源培训中发挥重要的指导作用,有利于提高后勤培训的成效,促进高校后勤持续发展。在分析高校后勤人力资源培训存在问题的基础上,提出教学发展中心开展高校后勤培训工作的对策和建立高校后勤培训体系的建议。
        The responsibilities of the center for teaching and learning development of colleges and universities are in consistence with the concept of "three services and two educational purposes" of logistics human resources management in colleges and universities. It can play an important guiding role in the training of logistics human resources in colleges and universities, which is conducive to improving the effectiveness of logistics training and promoting the sustainable development of logistics in colleges and universities. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in logistics human resource training system in colleges and universities, the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the center of teaching and learning development to carry out the logistics training in colleges and universities and some suggestions for the establishment of a logistics training system in colleges and universities.
