高等职业院校教学团队建设实践——以重庆工商职业学院会计与金融教学团队为例

摘要
专业教学团队建设是优质高职院校建设的重要组成部分,优秀的专业教学团队能有效推动高职院校人才培养、专业建设,促进高职院校健康持久的发展。通过对重庆工商职业学院会计与金融教学团队建设实践经验的总结,探讨了专业教学团队的建设途径:一是构建合理的团队结构;二是培育优秀的教学团队带头人;三是加强教学团队学科建设;四是建立校企合作的运行机制。实践证明,提高教学团队教学水平和学科建设水平,对促进学校建设具有积极的意义。
The construction of professional teaching team is an important part of the construction of high-quality higher vocational colleges. The excellent professional teaching team can effectively promote the talent cultivation and professional construction of higher vocational colleges, and promote the healthy and lasting development of higher vocational colleges. Through summarizing the practical experience of the construction of accounting and finance teaching team in Chongqing Technology and Business Institute, this paper probes into the construction of professional teaching team: the first, build a reasonable team structure; the second, cultivate excellent teaching team leaders; the third,strengthen the teaching team discipline construction; the fourth, establish the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. The practice has proved that it is significant for the promotion of school construction to improve teaching ability and discipline construction level.
