关注学生个体差异的合法性探讨——哈贝马斯重建性理论的视角

摘要
合法性内含了事件之所以被承认、被认可和被接受的基础,这些基础构成了事件在实践中可能有效的逻辑证明,并衍生、辐射出权威性的表征。因此,合法性问题的探讨在关注学生个体差异及相关教育的研究中是重要而必须的。比较、梳理历史上比较有影响力的规范主义合法性、经验主义合法性理论流派,并在此基础上分析哈贝马斯重建性合法性的要义,据此从价值意义和事实基础两个层面,明证了关注学生个体差异的合法性。
Legitimacy contains the basis for the recognition,recognition and acceptance of things.These foundations form logical proof that things can be effective in practice,and derive and radiate authoritative representations.Therefore,the discussion of legitimacy is important and necessary in the study of the development and realization of students' diversity.History comparison of influential normative legitimacy,empirical legitimacy theory,analysis of the reconstruction of the essence of Habermas' s legitimacy and according to this basis to demonstrated the legitimacy of student diversity development from value,meaning and fact.
