1985-2016年山东省成人高等教育基本状况分析
摘要
基于1985-2016年山东省成人高等教育基本资料,分析了成人高等教育学校所数、招生数量、在校生和师生比的变化过程,以期为科学制定成人高等教育培养策略提供科学参考。近30多年来,山东省成人高等教育学校数量减少明显,近几年学校数量仅为20世纪80年代的1/5。1985-2016年,山东省成人高等教育招生数量呈快速增加趋势,平均每年增加招生4929人,在校生平均每年增加13436人。1985-2007年,成人高等教育生师比平均为33:1,但是在2008-2016年,生师比呈指数增加,尤其在2016年,生师比更是高达464:1。可见,在山东省成人高等教育学校和专任教师显著减少的背景下,招生规模、在校生和毕业生数量却在大规模增加,这给成人高等教育培养质量带来了严峻的挑战。
Based on the basic data on adult higher education in Shandong Province from 1985 to 2016, this paper analyzes the changes process in the number of adult education college, the number of student enrollment, the students at adult education college and the teacher-student ratio to provide a scientific reference for the scientific development of training strategies for adult education college. In the past 30 years, the number of adult education colleges in Shandong province has decreased significantly. In recent years, the number of adult education colleges was only 1/5 that in 1980 s. From 1985 to 2016, the number of students' enrollment in Shandong province increased rapidly. The average annual numbers of enrollment students increased by 4,929 while the average numbers of students at college increased by 13,436 per year. From 1985 to 2007, the average ratio between students and teachers at adult education college was 33:1; however, during the period 2008-2016, the student-teacher ratio increased exponentially, especially in 2016, the ratio of students to teachers was as high as 464:1. It can be seen that the enrollment scale, the number of enrollment students and the number of graduates have been increased on a large scale in the context of the significant reduction of adult higher education schools and full-time teachers in Shandong province, which has brought severe challenges to the quality of adult higher education.
