优先级调整的《软件项目管理》课程教学方法探析——以安徽大学为例

摘要
为了提高《软件项目管理》课程教学效果,本文针对安徽大学计算机科学与技术学院《软件项目管理》课程存在的问题,提出一种优先级调整的《软件项目管理》课程教学方法.该方法将沟通管理、人力资源管理和时间管理的优先级设置为最高,从而有效地进行其他管理知识领域的学习,并增强学生面向企业实际需求的软件项目管理实战能力.从实验班的教学效果来看,提出的教学方法教学效果突出,受到了学生的好评,具有重要的教学改革意义.
To improve the teaching quality for Software Project Management course,considering the existing problems of the Software Project Management course from school of computer science and technology of Anhui University,a priority adjusted teaching method for the course is proposed with a case study of Anhui University.The method adjusts priorities of communication management,human resource management,and time management as the highest,so as to effectively teach and study the other management aspects and enhance the enterprise required the ability ot practical software project management for students. According to the teaching satisfaction scores from students,the proposed teaching method has excellent effectiveness and gains favorable comments,and thus the teaching method has an important significance.
