改革开放40年义务教育教材制度建设的回顾与展望

摘要
回顾改革开放40年义务教育教材管理制度的发展历程,我国建立了三级教材管理体制,完善了编写、审定、选用等各项教材管理制度,引入了竞争、跟踪反馈等教材管理机制。义务教育教材制度建设成就斐然,但也存在亟待解决的诸多问题。因此,应立足新时代党和国家对教材建设的总体战略要求,建立三级教材管理的责任体系,规范教材管理流程,创新教材管理机制,全面提升义务教育教材质量。
Looking back to the development process of textbook management system for compulsory education in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,our country has established the three-level textbook management system,improved textbook management systems such as compilation,examination and selection,and introduced competition mechanism and track-feedback mechanism of textbook management,etc.Despite the great achievements,the construction of textbook management system for compulsory education still exist many problems waiting to be solved.Therefore,based on overall strategic requirements of the textbook construction by Party and state in the new era,we should establish the liability system of the three-level textbook management,standardize the management process of textbooks,innovate the management mechanism of textbooks,to improve the quality of textbooks for compulsory education comprehensively.
