试论教育体制理论的生成

摘要
在教育体制改革过程中,教育理论界对教育体制与教育制度的关系、教育体制与教育机制的关系、教育体制的理论与实践意义等重大理论问题进行了深入系统的研究,初步建立了教育体制的理论体系,为教育体制改革提供了理论支撑。在教育体制改革政策的制定的过程中,对教育体制改革政策进行了比较系统的理论设计,提出了各级各类教育体制改革的对策思路和措施。在实现逻辑上,体现出了理论来源于实践、理论指导实践,以及多元化教育体制理论共生、共发展的逻辑。
During the structural reform of education,the theoretical circles of education made a systematic researchinto such major theoretical problems as the relationships between the educational structure and the educational system,and between the educational structure and the educational mechanism,and the theory and practice of the educationalstructure,thus offering a theoretical support for the structural reform of education. Also,the researchers made asystematic theoretical design of the policy for the structural reform of education,and offered routes and measures for thereforms of educational structures of all types and at all levels. This embodies a logic that theories came from practice andin turn guide practice,and that diversified theories of the educational structure coexist and develop together.
