摘要
"80后"教师近些年来作为教育界的主力军,越来越受到社会各界的关注。本文叙述了"80后"高职院校教师的成长背景及特征,分析了其职业幸福感现状,找出了影响其职业幸福感的因素,并从社会、学校以及教师自身三方面提出了提升其职业幸福感的路径。
In recent years, the teachers of the post-80s, as the main force of education, have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. This paper describes the growth background and characteristics of the teachers in post-80s in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the current situation of their professional well-being, finds out the factors affecting their professional well-being,and puts forward ways to improve their professional well-being from three aspects: society, schools and teachers themselves.
