能力本位的加拿大高职人才培养模式研究——以安大略省尼亚加拉学院为例

摘要
在分析加拿大能力本位教育理念下的高等职业教育制度设计与培养模式的基础上,以安大略省尼亚加拉学院为例,系统梳理能力本位的加拿大高职人才培养模式的特点,并基于此提出我国高等职业教育发展应树立能力本位教育理念,建立全方位高等职业教育的支持体系,以市场需求为导向设置课程,推行工作整合的学习方式,以提高高等职业教育质量。
        " Competence-based" is an innovative educational concept for the modernization of the vocational education system. It can create a strong learning environment and develop students' motivation to prepare for future life or work. This paper analyzes the design and training mode of higher vocational education system under the concept of "competence-based" education in Canada. Taking Niagara College( NC) in Ontario as an example and scrutinizes the characteristics of Canadian competence-based higher vocational model. Based on this, it proposed that the development of higher vocational education in China should take the competence-based education concept, establish a support system for all-round higher vocational education, set the curriculum with market demand orientation, and promote the work-integrated learning mode to improve the quality of higher vocational education.
