大学生家庭功能、职业成熟度与职业决策困难的关系研究

摘要
探讨大学生的家庭功能、职业成熟度和职业决策困难的特点以及三者之间的关系。通过采用家庭功能评定量表、职业成熟度问卷和职业决策困难问卷对256名本科生进行调查。得出结论:家庭功能在性别、家庭月收入和家庭结构上存在显著差异;职业成熟度在性别、有无兼职经历和母亲受教育程度上存在显著差异;职业决策困难在性别、专业、有无兼职经历和年级上存在显著差异;家庭功能、职业成熟度和职业决策困难三者之间有密切联系;家庭功能通过职业成熟度影响职业决策困难;家庭功能通过独立性、自信心、功利性和世界职业知识来影响职业决策困难。
This paper discusses the characteristics of family function, career maturity and career decision-making difficulty as well as the relations among the three. Family Assessment Device(FAD), career maturity questionnaire and career decision-making difficulty questionnaire are used to investigate 256 college students, coming to the following conclusions: There are significant differences in the family function of different sex, family monthly income and family structure; There are significant differences in career maturity of different sex, part-time experience and education level of mothers; There are significant differences in career decision-making difficulty of different sex, specialty, part-time experience and grade; There are close connection among family function, career maturity and career decision-making difficulty; The family function through the career maturity to influence the career decision-making difficulty;The family function through independence, confidence, utilitarian, the knowledge of jobs to influence the career decision-making difficulty.
