社会导师制在大学生创新创业教育中的作用探讨

摘要
高校实施创新创业教育是国家创新驱动战略的重要内容,高校创新创业教育引进社会导师机制的新探索,对培养大学生创新创业能力、提高人才培养质量有重要作用:是破解人才供需脱节困局的必由之路,是实现应用型创新人才培养目标的必然要求,是提高应用型创新人才综合素质的应有之义,是实现校内外教育有机对接的有效途径。
The implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education at colleges and universities is an important part of the national innovation-driven strategy. The introduction of the social tutor mechanism in the innovation and entrepreneurship education at colleges and universities is a new exploration of its kind and has an important role to play in training students' innovative and entrepreneurial abilities and improving the quality of the personnel training. It is the only way to bridge the gap between talent supply and demand;it is a natural requirement for the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents;it is also an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of the application-oriented innovative talents and to conjoin on-campus and off-campus education.
