摘要

在当代高校大学生的心理健康问题呈现出普遍、复杂、多样的严峻形势之下,心理育人的作用越来越受到社会的广泛关注,深入探究心理育人的内涵和有效方式,对进一步推进高校心理育人工作,培养全方位发展的人才具有重要意义。
        Under the severe situation of contemporary college students' mental health, which is universal, complex and diverse, the role of psychological education has attracted more and more attention from the society. It is of great significance to explore the connotation and effective ways of psychological education for further promoting the work of psychological education in Colleges and universities and cultivating talents with all-round development.
