摘要
基于傅里叶变换的本底扣除法能够从细节上描述γ能谱本底,但对低能段的描述很不充分。本工作在该方法的基础上,提出了一种逐段扣除本底的方法。对构建的以实测环境γ能谱为基底、包含200 keV、500 keV和2000 keV能峰的γ能谱进行本底扣除,结果显示,所提出的方法对γ能谱低能段本底的描述明显优于传统基于傅里叶变换的本底扣除法:对200 keV的能峰,用逐段法扣除本底后,能峰净计数相对参考净计数的偏差约为传统方法的1/3。并且发现,使用逐段法扣除本底后再使用传统基于傅里叶变换的本底扣除法,本底扣除效果进一步改善。
The method of estimating background of γ spectrum based on Fourier Transform could describe the details of the background,but not well in the low energy region.Based on the method,a tactics clipping the background little by little was presented.Using the method and the conventional method to clip the 7 spectra,the results shows that,the relative error of calculated net counts of peaks by the presented method is about one-third to the conventional method.In addition,using the presented method firstly and then the method based on Fourier Transform to clip the background of a 7 spectra,the retention of effective counts of the full energy peak was better than only using one of the two methods.
