摘要
焦化厂煤气净化系统主要废气污染物是各槽罐排放的含有大量有毒有害物质的放散气。其中放散气中含有氨气、萘、苯等有毒化学物质主要集中在冷鼓工段的各焦油氨水储槽区域。由于储槽内温度高于常温且氨水、萘等挥发性大,所以是造成煤气净化区域空气污染的主要污染源,需要重点进行管控,因此本文主要针对冷鼓工段各储槽放散气进行回收处理方法进行研究,为焦化厂开展清洁生产提供参考。
        The main waste gas pollutant in the gas purification system of coking plant is the bleeding gas containing a large amount of toxic and harmful substances discharged from each tank. The released gas contains toxic chemical substances such as ammonia, naphthalene and benzene, which are mainly concentrated in the areas of tar and ammonia storage tanks in the cold drum section. Because the temperature in the storage tank is higher than normal temperature, and the high volatility of ammonia and naphthalene, it is the main pollution source that causes air pollution in the gas purification area and needs to be focused on control. Therefore, this paper mainly makes a study on the recovery and treatment methods of the bleeding gas released from each storage tank in the cold drum section, hoping to provide a reference for the clean production in the coking plant.
