“一村一镇一地图”快速化制图软件研究与实现

摘要
基于现有的基础测绘、大比例尺地形图、地理国情、遥感影像、地理框架等数据、标准、符号,制定"一村一镇一地图"(简称一村一图)制图规则,利用GIS、数据库等技术研发一村一图快速化制图软件,实现快速化检索,设定行政村(镇)范围的数据列表,并根据选定的数据、版本、标准模板生成地图,最终达到批量快速化生成行政村(镇)地图,为美丽幸福村居建设、生态文明新农村建设、社会管理、应急指挥等提供详细、准确的地理信息服务。
This paper formulates"one village one town one map"( referred to as one village map) mapping rules base on the existing geographic data,standard framework and symbol of basic surveying and mapping of large-scale topographic map,geographic conditions,remote sensing,researches a village fast speed drawing software using GIS and database technology in order to realize rapid drawing map by the scope of administrative village and the list of data according to the selected data,version,standard template map,finally achieves rapid batch formation of administrative village map,this provides detailed and accurate geographic information service for the construction of beautiful happy village,ecological civilization and new rural construction,social management and emergency.
