数字中国建设的教育方案——基于“互联网+”的视角

摘要
当今世界"互联网+"异军突起,大数据发展日新月异,国家致力于大数据战略,加快建设数字中国意义重大。建设数字中国需要不同行业的参与,"互联网+"教育在数字中国建设中具有独特的作用。为了实现这一目标,"互联网+"下的教育要确立建设主体,培育教育媒体责任感,强化教育公共服务能力,培育"互联网+"学习者,建设"互联网+"智慧校园。一方面最大限度地发挥数字中国、信息技术服务社会的积极功能,加快社会信息化建设的步伐;另一方面也需要防止因为技术伦理问题而可能出现的数字技术给社会造成的伤害。
Nowadays"Internet plus"and Big data developing fast,the state is committed to the big data strategy.It is of great significance to speed up the construction of digital China.The construction of digital China requires the participation of different industries,"Internet plus"education should take on important responsibility.In order to achieve this goal,"Internet plus"education needs to establish the main building,Cultivate the sense of educational media responsibility,Strengthen the ability of public service in education,cultivate"Internet plus"learners and construct"Internet plus"smart campus.
