摘要
随着美国K-12数字教育的发展,越来越多的师生对数字教学资源有了更多的需求。2017年,美国州级政府教育技术指导委员会(SETDA)发布了《引领数字化转变II:数字教学资源在学习中的实施》。在数据地图的引领下,该报告阐述了州政府获取和实施数字教学资源的基本条件、无障碍和审核等政策。本文从报告的背景出发,界定了核心概念"数字教学资源",并进一步对报告的主体内容进行了解读,从中得出对我国基础教育数字教育资源建设的启示。
        With the development of K-12 digital education in the United State, more and more teachers and students are having a greater need for digital instructional materials. SETDA has issued the report "Navigating the Digital Shift II: Implementing Digital Instructional Materials for Learning" in 2017. Under the guidance of data map, the report has elaborated on the Acquisition Process of digital Instructional Materials, the essential conditions of effective use of digital instructional materials, and the policies of procurement, accessibility and vetting of digital instructional materials. Starting from the background of the report, the article defines the core concept of "digital teaching resources" and further analyzes the main content of the report. And several enlightenments have been got on the construction of digital educational resources for elementary education in China.
