摘要
在多品种小批量电子设备研制时,电装工艺设计存在滞后于结构生产的情况,造成电装过程中产品的工艺性不佳,影响产品质量及研制周期,这种滞后的方式已经不适应电子设备的快速研制要求。借鉴数字样机技术,介绍了利用各类CAD软件构建数字样机的流程,通过将该技术应用于电装工艺优化中,解决了工艺设计滞后的问题,前移工艺设计窗口,优化整机装配规划。分析了数字样机技术在产品生产各节点中的作用。同时,数字样机可直接用于指导现场生产,使工艺设计成为整个产品研制数字化的一环,从而缩短电装周期,规范文件编写,提升产品质量。
        With the development of multi-variety and small-batch electronic equipment, the electrical assembly process design lags behind the structural production, resulting in poor processability of the products, and affecting the product quality and the development cycle. This lagging method is not adapt to the rapid development of electronic equipment. Introduce the process of using various CAD software to build a digital prototype With reference to digital prototype technology. By applying this technology to the optimization of the electrical assembly process, the problem of lagging process design is solved, the process design window is advanced, and the overall assembly planning is optimized. The role of digital prototype technology in each node of product production was analyzed. At the same time, the digital prototype can be directly used to guide on-site production, so that the process design becomes a digital one of the entire product development, thereby shortening the electrical installation cycle, standardizing documentation, and improving product quality.
