摘要
现阶段,应用型大学产教融合体系的构建还存在对产教融合体系认知理解上存在思维偏差、校企合作资金投入不够稳定、周边企业参与合作的积极性不够高、供需双向对接服务体系建设滞后等多方面的问题。所以需要结合人才培养目标以及学生思辨创新能力的培养需要,通过构建多元化的产教融合协同育人平台、建立校企深度合作的人才培养体系、加强产教融合师资队伍建设、完善人才培养的质量保障体系等对产教融合体系进行有效的构建。
        At present, in the construction of production-teaching integration in applied universities there still exist such problems as thinking deviation in the cognitive understanding of the system, unstable investment in the funds of school-enterprise cooperation, lack of enthusiasm of surrounding enterprises to participate in the cooperation and lagging behind in the construction of two-way docking service system between supply and demand. Therefore, by combining the training objectives of talents and the training needs of students' speculation and innovative abilities, and building a diversified platform of production-teaching integration and collaborative education, we should establish a talent training system of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, strengthen the construction of teaching team in the integration, and improve the quality assurance system of talent training to build effectively the system of production-teaching integration.
