摘要

开放档案,推动档案和档案工作走向社会,实现档案社会化服务是国家档案事业发展的现实要求。新时期下,档案社会化服务需要新理念、新技术的融合与带动。作为热门高新技术,机器人已经在社会生活的多个方面有所应用。将机器人技术应用于档案工作将会对档案社会化服务产生极大影响,在档案咨询向导、查询取件、库房管理、用户调查、档案宣传等方面发挥重要作用。
        Opening archives, promoting the work of archives to society, realizing the socialization service of archives are the realistic requirements for the development of the national archival undertaking. In the new age, the socialization of archives needs the integration and drive of new concepts and technologies. As a hot new technology, robots have been applied in many aspects of social life. Applying robot technology to archival work will have a great impact on the socialization service of archives. It will play an important role in archives consultation, archives query and deliver, warehouse management, user survey, and archives publicity.
