牙周病采用甲硝唑药膜联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗的观察

摘要
目的探究甲硝唑药膜联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周病的成效。方法选取2016年1月～2019年1月我院进行治疗的150例患者作为研究对象,将其分成实验组和对照组。其中,对照组70例,采取盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周病;实验组80例,采取甲硝唑药膜联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周病,分析比较两个小组的临床疗效。结果在比较两个小组的临床治疗总有效率发现,实验组患者的治疗总有效率为93.75%,对照组的治疗总有效率为75.71%,实验组的治疗显著率要由于对照组,差异明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的牙龈出血指数、牙周袋消除指数、牙齿坚固指数症状改善程度都要比对照组高,差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑药膜联合盐酸米诺环素软膏在牙周病的治疗上效果显著,值得在临床上推广。
objective To explore the effect of metronidazole film combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of periodontal disease.Methods 150 patients who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects and divided into experimental group and control group. In the control group,70 cases were treated with metronidazole film for periodontal disease.Eighty patients in the experimental group were treated with metronidazole film combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment for periodontal disease.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the two groups was found to be 93.75%in the experimental group and 75.71% in the control group.The significant rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The improvement of gingival bleeding index,periodontal pocket elimination index and tooth firmness index in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05), which was statistically significant.Conclusion Metronidazole film combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment is effective in the treatment of periodontal disease.
