基于数据包络分析法的快递废弃包装循环再利用效率评估

摘要
传统评估方法无法有效排除人为因素的影响,得到的评估结果主观性强,或者需要很多训练数据,很可能导致评估结果不稳健。为此,提出一种新的基于数据包络分析法(DEA)的快递废弃包装循环再利用效率评估方法。通过数据包络分析法把快递废弃包装循环再利用方案看作实体单元,在某种状态下,投入一定的生产要素,同时产出一定的产品。可将所有快递废弃包装循环再利用方案看作决策单元DMU,将经济性、技术性与配置性能为DMU输出指标,将快递包装日生产量、快递废弃包装再加工费用、人工成本、车辆投入成本作为DMU输入指标。在物元研究时引入模糊数学,采用模糊物元分析法进行输出指标评价。将C~2R模型作为数据包络分析法采用的模型,令快递废弃包装循环再利用效率取最大值,对数据包络分析法研究的快递废弃包装循环再利用效率进行判断。实验结果表明,所提方法评估结果准确且稳健,验证了所提方法的可靠性。
        Traditional evaluation methods can not effectively eliminate the influence of human factors,and the evaluation results are subjective,or need a lot of training data,which may lead to the evaluation results are not robust. Therefore,a new method for evaluating the recycling efficiency of discarded express packaging based on data envelopment analysis( DEA) is proposed. Through DEA,the recycling scheme of express discarded packaging is regarded as entity unit. Under certain conditions,certain factors of production are input and certain products are produced. All the recycling schemes of express discarded packaging can be regarded as DMU. The economic,technical and configuration performance can be regarded as DMU output index. The daily production of express packaging,the processing cost of express discarded packaging,labor cost and vehicle input cost can be regarded as DMU input index. In the matter element study,fuzzy mathematics is introduced and fuzzy matter element analysis is applied to evaluate the output index. The C2 R model is used as the DEA model to maximize the recycling efficiency of discarded express packaging. The recycling efficiency of discarded express packaging studied by DEA is judged.The experimental results show that the proposed method is accurate and robust,and the reliability of the proposed method is verified.
