<正>2011年,第11届美国易安信公司(EMC)世界年度大会,大数据概念被正式提出~([1]),标志着人类进入大数据时代。目前比较认同的大数据定义有5V特征,即数据容量巨大(Volume)、生成速度极快(Velocity)、模态多样(Variety)、可变性大(Variability)和真伪难辨(Veracity)~([2]),此定义可能会进一步扩增,比如增加可视化(Visualisation)和科学价值(Value)~([3])。在满足大数据基本特征的前提下,与医疗健康服务目的、过程、结果相关的大数据可以称之为医疗健康大数据。2016年是我国医疗健康大数据元年:3月8日,国家启动精准医学研究重点专
