大数据背景下高校国有资产管理的变革

摘要
大数据平台和技术应用于高校国有资产管理展现了巨大的优势:丰富了高校国有资产管理的手段和方式,重塑了高校资产管理的组织体系,为高校提供决策支持,实现了国有资产管理的动态化,使高校国有资产发挥最大价值。高校国有资产管理在应用大数据过程中也面临着数据思维意识不强、人才技术缺失等诸多问题。树立大数据思维观念和意识、加强大数据管理制度建设、完善大数据管理的平台技术以及培养大数据专门人才等是提升高校国有资产管理水平的有效对策。
The appilication of big data platform and technology in the management of state-owned assets in collegesand univerisites shows great advantages. It enriches the means and methods of state-owned assets management,reshapesthe organizational system of asset management,provides decision-making support,realizes the dynamic management ofstate-owned assets,and maximizes the value of state-owned assets. However,the management of state-owned assets incolleges and universities is also faced with many difficulties in the process of big data application,such as weak dataconsciousness,and lack of talents and technology. We should form big data concept,raise big data consciousness,strengthen the construction of big data management system,improve the platform technology of big data management,andcultivate big-data talents and specialists. These are the effective countermeasures to promote the management ofstate-owned assets in colleges and univerities.
