大数据背景下隐私伦理问题研究

摘要
随着"大数据时代"来临,大数据为经济社会发展带来了技术红利和数据溢出效应,在一定程度上改变着人们的思维方式和行为习惯,但是由于技术的不完备性和技术监管的迟滞性,大数据技术在给人类带来便利过程中,也对个人身份、偏好、行为偏好等隐私信息产生了一定程度的侵害,引发了诸多的隐私伦理问题。本文从技术伦理学的视角对大数据发展产生的隐私伦理问题进行理论阐述和原因解析,并从隐私安全意识、隐私技术和法律规制对策等方面提出建议。
With the " big data era" coming,Big data has brought the technology dividend and data spillover effect to the economic and social development.To a certain extent,change people's way of thinking and behavior.However,due to technical imperfections and hysteresis of technical regulation,Big data technology brings convenience to human beings,it also infringes some privacy information such as personal identity,preference,behavior preference and so on,caused a lot of privacy ethics issues.This Paper analysis the ethical issues from privacy awareness,privacy technology and legal regulation under the perspective of Technical ethics,which will provide idea for government to formulate appropriate policy in big data era.
