摘要
针对传统电子信号故障检测技术存在检测通道采样数据精度低、数据完整度差,信号故障检测能力差的缺陷,提出基于DSP嵌入式电子信号故障检测技术。采用TMS320C1X定点DSP芯片结合FPGA构建双CPU结构DSP+FPGA,用于采集电子信号,实现多通道信号的快速完整采集;将采集到的电子信号通过嵌入式数据转换模块实现模/数变换处理,利用AD7656模/数转换芯片将信号转换为数据格式,再利用小波算法实现故障数据的检测,设计数据分离模块将故障数据与正常数据分离处理,实现电子信号故障检测。实验结果表明,所提方法获取的通道采样数据精度高,信号故障检测能力强。
        In allusion to the defects of low precision of detection channel sampling data,poor data integrity,and poor signal fault detection capability existing in the traditional electronic signal fault detection technology,an embedded electronic signal fault detection technology based on DSP is proposed. The double CPU structure of DSP+FPGA is constructed by adopting the fixed-point DSP chip TMS320 C1 X and combining with the FPGA,so as to collect electronic signals and realize the rapid and complete acquisition of multi-channel signals. The A/D conversion processing is realized for the collected electronic signals in the embedded data conversion module. The AD7656 A/D conversion chip is used to convert signals into the data format. The wavelet algorithm is used to realize fault data detection. The data separation module is designed to separate fault data from normal data,and realize fault detection of electronic signals. The experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain high-precision channel sampling data,and has a strong signal fault detection capability.
