摘要
钻机运转的可靠性直接影响煤矿安全生产和经济效益,需在出厂前进行严格的性能检验。介绍钻机性能检验数据采集系统并构建系统原理图,给出采集参数。设计数据采集软件功能并建立软件数据流程图。完成数据采集软件功能开发,给出软件主界面。
The reliability of drilling machine′ s operating directly affects the safety production and economic benefit of coal mine. Introducing the data acquisition system of rig performance inspection and builds the system schematic diagram, and giving the data collection parameters. Functions of data acquisition software were designed and data flow chart of the software was established. The function development of data acquisition software was performed and the main interface of the software was placed.
