小型犁耙式混料机控制系统的数控化改造研究

摘要
犁耙式混料机是一种在研制刹车片、闸瓦等摩擦衬片时经常用到的设备,但小型犁耙式混料机仅具有定时功能,使得混料速度、混料时间无法同步调节设定。通过分析混料过程中混料机对组分物料的物理搅拌作用机理及其性能影响,得出了混料工艺的典型工艺参数;以PLC为控制单元,分别进行了典型、非典型混料工艺的程控化设计改造,并通过试验台对其进行了验证。结果表明,所设计的小型犁耙式混料机控制系统可以实现对搅拌电机混料转速、混料时间的准确控制,满足混料工艺要求,为小型混料机的数控化改造提供了一种技术参考。
        The rake blender is usually used to mix composition of plates and brake blocks but the compact rake blender only has timing function,which result in that the blending time and speed cannot be set synchronously. The mechanism of mixing action and influence on mechanics were respectively analyzed in blending process and the typical blending craft was obtained; the numerical control transformation of typical and non-typical blending crafts was designed by taking PLC as control unit. They were examined by the means of test bench. It is indicated that the designed control system of the compact rake blender can adjust the blending speed and time,which satisfied the craft requirement. And it provided a technical reference for numerical control transformation of rake blender.
