摘要
空间预应力索穹顶钢结构形式跨度大、自重轻,是一种充分利用钢索抗拉性能的复合型大跨度建筑钢结构。该结构的施工具有结构形式复杂、施工技术和精度要求高、工程规模大、施工难度大等特点。结合工程实例,就施工过程中人机配置、拉索安装及张拉等问题进行分析探讨,并总结在工期控制及安全生产方面的管理经验,可为其他相似工程提供有益的借鉴。
The long-span and light self-weight spatial prestressed cable dome steel structure is a kind of composite longspan steel structure, which can make full use of tensile performance of steel cables. Construction of such structure has several characteristics of complex structure, high requirements of construction technology and accuracy, large engineering scale and construction difficulties. Combined with engineering project, this paper analyzes and discusses on several aspects including man-machine allocation, cable installation and tension. Besides, the paper summarizes the management experience of construction period control and safety production, which can provide some beneficial references for similar projects.
