摘要
为对19108工作面2#导水陷落柱进行探测并治理,利用注浆加固技术,采用施工、分析、优化设计的顺序原则对陷落柱进行治理,提出了注浆加固后注浆效果的检验方法。结果表明:合理的钻孔布置位置、注浆参数选择是保证注浆效果的关键,奥灰上部钻探并注浆加固后形成了有效的隔水结构,通过检查孔质量检验、岩芯观察、水质分析等方法能对注浆效果进行有效的分析,2#陷落柱注浆加固后,19108工作面安全顺利通过陷落柱。
        In order to detect and control the collapse column of no.2 of the 19108 working face, the grouting reinforcement technology is used to treat the collapse column by the sequence principle of construction, analysis and optimization design, and the test method of grouting effect after grouting reinforcement is put forward. The results show that reasonable drilling location and grouting parameter selection are the key to guarantee the grouting effect. After the upper drilling and grouting reinforcement, an effective waterproof structure is formed, the grouting effect can be effectively analyzed through the inspection hole quality inspection, core observation, water quality analysis and other methods. After the grouting reinforcement of no.2 collapse column, the 19108 working face passed the collapse column safely and smoothly.
