中蒙医学关于整体观念的认识

摘要
文章通过介绍中蒙医学的整体性理论,总结、对比了二者在人体结构、生理、病理、诊断、治疗等方面内容,即人体各组成部分有机相连,结构上不可分割,功能上相互为用,病理上相互影响,而诊断上可由表及里,治疗上兼顾整体与局部,由此说明整体观念在两种医学理论中的重要性。同时,整体观念的重要性还表现在人体在维持自身正常运行的同时能够使内外环境达到统一平衡。提高自身的调节能力,能动地适应自然环境的变化是两种医学所倡导的理念。
Through introducing the holism theory in both of TCM and Mongolian medicine, this paper summarizes and contrasts the aspects of two medicines, such as human body structure, physiology, pathology, diagnosis and treatment, etc. To explain the importance of the holism theory in two medicines' theories based on human body structure is inseparable, mutual use in function, pathologically affect each other, the diagnosis can be from the table and the treatment of both the overall and local. At the same time, the importance of the holism theory is also reflected in the human body to maintain their normal operation at the same time can make the internal and external environment to achieve a unified balance. Improve their ability to adjust, dynamic adaptation to changes in the natural environment is the idea of two medicines.
