亚运村选址及功能布局规划研究

摘要
亚运村的建设既是一个兼顾赛时利用并带动城市长远发展的综合工程,也是一个兼具城市展示窗口及人居居住典范的示范工程,正确的选址及功能布局,有助于亚运村建设实现其核心价值。本研究立足于赛会趋势,提出亚运村规划指导思想,通过解读相关文件(《亚运合同》《亚运村指南》)的要求和案例研究(近10年建设的亚运村及国内已建成的亚运村项目),指出亚运村规划建设标准包括选址要求及功能布局两类,并将建设标准分为强制性要求和非强制性要求两种力度予以控制。
The construction of the Asian Games Village is a comprehensive project that takes into account the usage during the Asian Games and the promotion of long term development of the city. It is also a demonstration project that is not only a display window of the city, but also a model of human settlements. The correct location and function layout will help the Asian Games Village to achieve its core values. Based on the trend of the games, this research puts forward the guiding ideology of the Asian Games Village planning. And it summarizes the standards of the planning and construction of the Asian Games Village through the interpretation of the requirements proposed by relevant documents(the "Asian Games Contract" and the "Asian Games Village Guide") and case studies(Asian Games Villages built in the past ten years and the Asian Games Village Projects completed in China). In addition, it includes the standards of site selection and function layout, and the construction standards are divided into mandatory and non-mandatory requirements.
