自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植鼻尖部整形手术的临床研究

摘要
目的观察比较应用自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植行鼻尖部整形手术的临床疗效。方法 128例行鼻尖部整形手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。对照组患者采用膨体填充,观察组采用自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植填充。比较两组患者的手术指标、整形效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果两组患者鼻尖高度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者手术时间(51.22±4.46)min短于对照组的(58.86±8.35)min,矫正成功率96.88%高于对照组的87.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为4.69%,低于对照组的15.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者鼻尖宽、鼻尖角、后旋角、表现点、鼻背高度满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在鼻尖部整形手术中采用自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植填充技术,能够有效改善鼻尖原本外形,使之符合现代审美,降低手术风险,并提高成功率,可在日后的临床工作中大力推广。
Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of autologous nasal septum cartilage and auricular cartilage transplantation for nasal tip plastic surgery. Methods A total of 128 patients with nasal tip plastic surgery were divided by random number table into observation group and control group, with 64 cases in each group. The control group was filled with expansion, and the observation group was filled with autologous nasal septum cartilage and auricular cartilage. The surgical indicators, plastic effect and occurrence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups. Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference in nasal tip height(P>0.05). The observation group had shorter operation time as(51.22±4.46) min than(58.86±8.35) min in the control group, and higher correction success rate as 96.88% than 87.50% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as 4.69% than 15.63% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in nasal tip width, nose tip angle, back rotation angle, performance point, nose back height satisfaction(P>0.05). Conclusion The autologous nasal septum cartilage and auricular cartilage transplantation filling technique in nasal tip plastic surgery can effectively improve the original shape of nasal tip, make it conform to modern aesthetics, reduce the risk of operation, and improve the success rate. It can be vigorously promoted in future clinical work.
