摘要
目的:探讨全真一气汤对COPD大鼠ITGAM水平的影响。方法:建立COPD大鼠模型,随机分为中药组和模型组,中药组大鼠给予中药复方全真一气汤干预,肺组织中ITGAMmRNA及蛋白水平分别由实时荧光定量PCR、Western blot检测。结果:中药组大鼠ITGAMmRNA及蛋白表达水平均较模型组降低,其中两组大鼠ITGAMmRNA水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全真一气汤可能通过下调ITGAM表达影响肺血管炎症病变,从而延缓COPD病情进展。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction on ITGAM levels in COPD rats.Methods:The COPD rat model was established by smoking method,and the rats were divided into Chinese medicine group and model group by random number table method.The Chinese medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine compound Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction.The model group was treated with physiological saline.After 60 days of intervention,the large group was taken.Right lung tissue was detected in rats,and the levels of ITGAM mRNA and protein in lung tissue were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and Western blot.Results:The levels of protein expression and protein expression in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the model group.The difference of ITGAM mRNA between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction may delay the progression of COPD by reducing the ITGAM mRNA and protein levels in COPD rats,affecting pulmonary vascular inflammatory lesions.Therefore,we believe that Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction has a certain relationship with COPD pulmonary vascular remodeling.
