摘要
现场组装大型机组转子时,为保证转子组装质量,精准控制磁轭及磁极的圆度、半径、垂直度、同心度的偏差,从而保证机组飞轮力矩的平衡及空气间隙的大小和均匀性,故现场组装工艺相当关键。本文详细介绍了大华桥水电站1号机组转子组装的工艺,在实践的基础上提出了转子现场组装的注意事项,对同类转子组装具有重要的实践和指导意义。
        In order to ensure the quality of rotor on-site assembly of larger hydroelectric generator sets, the deviations of roundness, radius, verticality and concentricity of yoke and magnetic pole need to be precisely controlled, which can ensure the balance of flywheel torque and the uniformity of air gap of generator. Therefore, the on-site assembly process is quite critical.The process of Unit 1 rotor assembly of Dahuaqiao Hydropower Station is introduced herein, and based on on-site practical experiences, the precautions for on-site assembly of rotor are put forward, which has important practical and guiding significance for similar rotor assembly.
