发达国家女性教练员的职业发展研究及启示

摘要
分析了发达国家女性教练员在个人职业发展中所面临的问题,研究了发达国家政府及社会组织为促进女性教练员职业发展而采取的一系列措施。对我国女性教练员职业发展的启示如下:政府应从多个方面为女性教练员的职业发展提供支持;营造能够促进女性教练员职业发展的体育人文环境;构建女性教练员网络协会组织并发挥积极作用;提高媒体报道的数量和质量,树立女性教练员榜样;鼓励女性教练员提升个人的能力,把握工作机遇。
The paper analyzes the problems faced by female coaches in developed countries in their personal development and studies a series of measures taken by governments and social organizations in developed countries to promote the development of female coaches. The enlightenment to the development of female coaches in China is as follows: the government should provide support for the development of female coaches from many aspects, create a sports humanistic environment that can promote the development of female coaches, construct the network association of female coaches and play a positive role, improve the quantity and quality of media reports, set up female coaches role model, encourage female coaches to enhance their ability and seize the opportunity.
