摘要
阐述了文化信息资源共享工程的培训类别和培训形式,以及分类施教、分层培训、考评等培训思想和方法,并回顾四川省取得的成效。提出向资源建设和应用倾斜,强化民族地区人才培训,以点带面示范,制定从业人员资格标准,重视基层服务等方法,对深化下一阶段培训工作进行探讨。
This essay clarifies the training types and forms of the Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project. It also clarifies the ideas and methods of classified and layered training,checking and evaluation and reviews the results achieved in Sichuan It proposes. Propose methods as focusing: focus resources construction and its application; strengthening personnel training in ethnic minority areas; selecting some points for demonstration; setting standards for qualification of practitioners; attaching great importance on the service for the grassroots and deepening research of the training work for next stage.
