中西方文化背景下花语的对比分析
摘要
花卉早已从自然走进人们的生活,成为一种表达情感的含蓄委婉的语言方式,借用花卉表达情感的现象日益盛行。由于中西方社会背景、宗教信仰、地理环境的差异,花卉的寓意更是纷繁复杂,导致在当今多元文化的世界中,同一种花卉在不同文化背景、不同宗教信仰、不同地域下的寓意大相径庭。因此从社会背景、宗教信仰、地域环境三方面浅析中西方文化背景下花语的异同,有助于为花卉在现实生活中的应用提供指导。
Flowers from nature have been stepped into people's lives, becoming a kind of implicit and euphemistic way of expression. Expressing one's emotion sustenance by flowers has gradually been accepted and respected by society. Due to the differences of the cultural backgrounds, religions, and regionsbetween Chinese and Western culture, the implied meaning of flowers can be quitecomplicated. Thus, in today's multicultural world, the flower language of the same flower in the above-mentioned three aspects can be quite different. Analysis of the similarities and differences between Chinese and Western cultures will be made in terms of social background, religious beliefs, and regional environment aiming at providing some guidance for the practical use of flowers in real life.
