中德人文交流的发展历程及启示

摘要
中德之间的人员交流、思想交流和文化交流领域历史悠长,丰富了各自对世界、对对方的认识,直接或间接推动了对方社会的进步。从古代到现代,中德两国人文交流机制越来越丰富,领域越来越广阔,交流越来越频繁。然而,中德人文交流还不完全能跟上中德全方位战略伙伴关系的发展步伐,两国民众的相互认知还存在很大差距,需要中德两国从长远出发,共同促进人类命运共同体意识的形成,在官民共举、包容开放的氛围中加深对对方的理解,趁着中德两国关系进一步深化的东风,进一步巩固中德两国关系健康发展的民意基础。
There is a long history between China and Germany in bilateral personnel exchanges,exchange of thoughts and cultural exchanges,which have enriched their knowledge of the world and to the other party,and directly or indirectly promoted the development of society. And from ancient to modern times,a series of cultural exchange mechanisms have been established,scope of cultural exchanges expanded,and people-to-people and cultural exchanges increased between the two countries.However,so far,the Sino-German human exchanges can not quite keep pace with the development of the bilateral all-round strategic partnership,and there is the gap of the people's mutual understanding between the two countries. Therefore,both countries should make a long-term plan and work together to form the consciousness of human destiny community. And both people should deepen the understanding of each other with open mind,and consolidate the healthy development of public opinion in both countries under the background of the further development of Sino-German relations.
