摘要
目的分析"万步有约"健走激励大赛对职业人群健康的影响。方法以2017年北京市东城区参加"万步有约"职业人群健走激励大赛的340人为研究对象,以健走及参与式活动进行干预,在大赛前后分别采集健康指标及健康评估相关信息,采用SPSS 19.0对参赛者的身体活动、睡眠、体重、体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比、体脂肪率、内脏脂肪指数、收缩压、舒张压、生理年龄、健康得分进行统计分析。结果大赛结束后,坚持健走运动的人数从193人增加到314人,中等强度休闲性活动的时间平均增加60.00 min;总体睡眠尚好的人数从301人增加到327人;健走激励大赛后,职工的体重、BMI、腰臀比、体脂肪率、内脏脂肪系数、收缩压、舒张压分别下降1.99 kg、0.71 kg/m~2、0.01、2.8%、1.1、5.89 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kpa)、3.59 mmHg,生理年龄下降1.8岁,健康得分上升5.4分,且所有健走运动、睡眠、健康指标在大赛前后的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健走激励大赛能够促进职业人群养成健走习惯,增加中等强度休闲性活动的时间,提高总体睡眠质量,改善职业人群的健康指标。
        Objective To analyze the impact of the brisk walking encouragement competition on health of the occupational groups. Methods 340 people who participated in the "Wanbu Youyue"(daily walk for 10 000 steps) brisk walking encouragement competition in Dongcheng district of Beijing in 2017 were selected as the subjects. After the participation of brisk walking activity, the physical indicators and health assessment information of people were collected before and after the competition respectively. The participants' physical activity, sleep, weight, body mass index(BMI), waist-hip ratio, body fat rate and viscera were analyzed using SPSS 19.0. Fat index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, physiological age and health scores were analyzed. Results After the competition, the number of people keeping on brisk walking increased from 193 to 314, and the average time for moderate-intensity leisure activities increased by 60.00 minutes; the total number of people who slept well increased from 301 to 327; after the competition, the body weight, BMI, waist-hip ratio, body fat ratio, visceral fat coefficient, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure decreased by 1.99 kg, 0.71 kg/m~2, 0.01, 2.8%, 1.1, 5.89 mmHg, 3.59 mmHg, respectively. The physiological age decreased by 1.8 years, and the health score increased by 5.4 points. There was significant difference between pre-and post-competition of brisk walking participation, sleep and physical indicators(P < 0.05). Conclusions The brisk walking encouragement competition can develop exercise habits, increase the time of moderate intensity leisure activities, improve the overall quality of sleep, and improve the physical indicators of the occupational groups.
